What you’ll be doing...

You will contribute to the general management of construction activities pertaining to the development of multiple, simultaneous network infrastructure projects. These projects you will be working on include oDAS Implementation, C-RAN Implementation, Hub Modification, Dark Fiber Conversion, and temporary cellular sites. As the expert for construction, you will express the appropriate ownership, decision making and creativity to resolve complex problems and find unique solutions every day keeping our business running smoothly.

  • Sharing financial responsibility of all projects from initial proposal/bid through receipt of final product or service; funding projects; processing purchase orders; reviewing work; and ensuring payment and final balance in purchasing software.
  • Practicing Core Values by creating and evaluating ways to gain financial efficiencies; developing process improvements; securing assets; and being accountable for vendor payments.
  • Developing quality assurance methods, procedures, standards and technical training related to site design and construction.
  • Coordinating with diverse project teams through the entire lifecycle of a project from initial site design and concept planning to project completion and closeout.
  • Assisting in the development of associated capital budget.
  • Providing expertise related to design, construction and Hub building compliance.
  • Representing the company at municipal hearings if needed in support of the Real Estate group.

You’ll need to have:

  • Associate’s degree or two or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of Project Management methodologies.
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.
  • Valid Driver's License.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • A degree.
  • Knowledge of Fiber plant design, and general construction.
  • Experience in utilities coordination.
  • Knowledge of fiber installation and standards.
  • Experience in telecommunications / data networking or wireless industry.
  • Experience in CoFEE, 3GIS, Tableau, AutoCAD and Visio.

For part-timers, your coverage will vary as you may be eligible for some of these benefits depending on your individual circumstances.

If you are hired into a California work location, the compensation range for this position is between $93,000 and $172,000 based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
