"**Senior Software Engineer****Preferred Qualifications**Oracle is looking for a senior developer to work on the team tasked with extending the NetSuite ERP product to handle the sophisticated business needs of organizations. You will have a meaningful role in solving problems, building solutions, and continually improving in areas like Sales workflow, Pricing, Subscriptions, and Invoicing. Youll have a chance to work with a geographically diverse product team in Austin, California, Canada, Europe and Asia.We value working hard to deliver amazing results while still having time for family and friends.**What you'll do:**You will work closely with other development teams, product management, and QA to define and implement a new product offering while ensuring the continued functionality of the existing ERP system. You will be developing full-stack solutions that span database schema, sophisticated SQL queries, Java backend, and JavaScript front-end.**Qualifications/Skills:**+ B.S. in computer engineering or equivalent.+ Coding excellence with over 5 years of software development experience.+ 5 years' experience with Java, C#, or a similar language.+ Intimate and working understanding of modern cloud applications from database to browser.+ Proficiency in SQL and extensive experience with database driven applications.+ Familiarity with Javascript.+ Excellent communicator in both technical and non-technical contexts.+ Skills to debug and understand large java and SQL code base.+ Desire to delight the customer by taking initiative, responsibility, and ownership of your projects.**Preferred:**+ Agile/Scrum development experience.+ Some financial accounting proficiency.+ Enterprise business application development experience.+ Any experience with Kotlin.+ Basic Linux proficiency.Is this you?
