"Responsible for creating, evaluating and modifying prototypes to support evolving hardware and software application development.As a member of the User Experience team, you will develop and apply software design/usability processes in the investigation of technical problems. May develop user profiles, with emphasis on human error control, display issues, visual interaction, physical manipulation and task and objective analyses. Provide product usability, evaluation and support to product development teams, including the analysis and investigation of applications/systems including tactile methods, visual graphics, web, multimedia, voice response and conversational user interaction. May assist in developing design concept and implementation, providing input on user design considerations. May produce specifications describing user needs and internal structures for product in development.Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. You understand the why - or ask why not.*What You'll Do** *Responsibilities:*o Hands-on experience applying design thinking in a large enterprise.o Lead and/or support service design/ human centered design and innovation engagements across range of projects.o Starting with empathetic user research, creatively ideate and strategize the design and implementation of innovative solutions which are in sync with the company objectives.o Collaborate with all stakeholders to discern future opportunities within service design and human centered innovation methods which will help scope deliverables which add significant value for customers.o Drive innovation across the organization, including leading customer journey projects which require design strategy oversight.o Document strategies and vision for digital experience across the platform, including leading practices, frameworks and guidelines. Present and achieve buy-in from key stakeholders.o Work with a multi-disciplined UX team of designers, user researchers and product managers in a fast-paced, dynamic, agile environment.o Facilitate workshops that empower design thinking.o Share your work and be open to trade-offs and collaborative, constructive feedback.o Demonstrate a passion for iteration and eager to receive feedback.o Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects of varying timelines, degrees of complexity and scope.o Participate in research and conduct workshops.*Qualifications / Skills** *5-7 years* of professional experience including consulting, coaching, innovation and organizational change management roles with emphasis on enterprise experience.* *7 years* of professional experience in design thinking, design research and research with experience in agile environments.* Min. University degree with Professional Training in Design Thinking / Human-Centred Design.* Strong core consulting skills, including ability to craft compelling and actionable strategies, meeting and workshop development, management and facilitation, storytelling, writing and presentation development, ideation and concept development, stakeholder interviewing and relationship development, insights development and data analysis.* Extensive experience in research, cross-team and org collaboration, ideation, synthesis and problem definition, scoping, visualizing and scaling.* Candidates with experience relating to behavioral change, consumer research, UX design or working experience as Design Lead (Customer Experience/User Experience) in digital transformation program will have an advantage.* A portfolio or case examples that reflect your thinking and impact on end-to-end projects.* A positive and resilient personality.
