What you will do

  • Prepare, ship, receive and schedule delivery of products; ensure timely delivery of sets and pick up/return loaner sets; field customer questions and direct to appropriate Branch personnel. Update and maintain associated databases and client files.
  • Arrange merchandise for transport (on delivery and return) and at customer location
  • Read maps, and route configuration
  • Service vehicle with water, fuel, or oil and perform safety inspections in transportation setting
  • Load, unload, or stack containers, materials, or products
  • Maintain records, reports, or files
  • Use vehicle repair tools or safety equipment
  • Record delivery information delivery record
  • Maintain transportation cleanliness, organization, and maintenance
  • Field customer complaints, address and communicate as necessary to Branch team members
  • Create and/or review lists of delivery and pick-ups
  • Inventory and arrange branch loaner inventory in the field.
  • Implement and support Quality initiatives throughout branch.
  • Participate with On-call rotation
  • Re-stock hospital consignment inventory when applicable
  • Perform field inventory scans
  • Partner with hospital customers and sales teams to drive timely purchase order issuance.
  • Assist in management of expired inventory at consignment locations.
  • Relay surgery schedule information when available.
  • Coordinate delivery and pick-up schedule with branch drivers and Operations personnel.
  • Maintain and ensure that all training/education materials are current.

What you need

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of professional/relevant experience
  • Valid Driver’s license with good driving record
  • Must have the ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend and evening call as needed
  • Must have the ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.
