Stryker is hiring a Warehouse Associate! he Warehouse & Logistics Clerk is responsible for assisting with order fulfillment, receiving, inventory control and cycle counts, reconciling inventory discrepancies, restocking shelves, general shipping/receiving duties, and other associated activities related to inventory, shipping, and receiving. We are seeking a collaborative and results oriented addition to Operations. This role reports to the Manager, Global Logistics.

What you will do

Complete cycle and physical inventory counts, material stocking, material picking, organize inventory for maximum productivity, and complete basic ERP system operations
Carry out physical inventory movements and rotations
Pick, pack, fulfill in SAP (ERP), create waybills, and seal shipments for both revenue and RMA orders
Ensure warehouse and inventory is clean, safe, and organized
Identify and communicate inventory discrepancies
Maintain filing system
Responsible for the receipt and distribution of supplies and maintaining stockroom
Assist employees and contractors with any shipping/receiving inquiries
Collaborate with other departments such as Materials and Accounting to resolve discrepancies
Assist Materials and freight forwarder with all international incoming imports
Send notifications on urgent incoming items

What you need

High School diploma or equivalent
3 years of warehouse and logistics (shipping and/or receiving) experience
English verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to accurately count and report data with a high level of accuracy
Ability to carry, push and lift up to 40 lbs regularly
Willingness to work overtime when needed
