Stryker is hiring a Warehouse Associate! he Warehouse & Logistics Clerk is responsible for assisting with order fulfillment, receiving, inventory control and cycle counts, reconciling inventory discrepancies, restocking shelves, general shipping/receiving duties, and other associated activities related to inventory, shipping, and receiving. We are seeking a collaborative and results oriented addition to Operations. This role reports to the Manager, Global Logistics.

What you will do

  • Complete cycle and physical inventory counts, material stocking, material picking, organize inventory for maximum productivity, and complete basic ERP system operations
  • Carry out physical inventory movements and rotations
  • Pick, pack, fulfill in SAP (ERP), create waybills, and seal shipments for both revenue and RMA orders
  • Ensure warehouse and inventory is clean, safe, and organized
  • Identify and communicate inventory discrepancies
  • Maintain filing system
  • Responsible for the receipt and distribution of supplies and maintaining stockroom
  • Assist employees and contractors with any shipping/receiving inquiries
  • Collaborate with other departments such as Materials and Accounting to resolve discrepancies
  • Assist Materials and freight forwarder with all international incoming imports
  • Send notifications on urgent incoming items

What you need

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of warehouse and logistics (shipping and/or receiving) experience
  • English verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to accurately count and report data with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to carry, push and lift up to 40 lbs regularly
  • Willingness to work overtime when needed
