The NOE department is responsible for helping NX deliver the highest value within a reasonable cost. NOE is responsible for central management of NX’s budget and ensures that NX delivers on financial goals. It helps NX to define its single strategy and realize it through fully integrated portfolio. NOE supports product and service delivery through disciplined planning, delivery, monitoring and measurement of results.<br><br><b>What you will be responsible for:</b><br>• Develops, monitors and communicates NX ‘business’ level metrics, progress-to-strategy metrics and benefits realization from the Portfolio<br>• Partners with other roles within the global NOE team, with NIBR Portfolio management and Strategy, and with leaders from all NX Functions to develop the best quantitative and qualitative metrics<br>• Supports NIBR CIO, NX Leadership team and the NX Portfolio Governance Board with data and analytics in support of NX business case, NIBR level executive communication and NX Portfolio prioritization process<br>• Integrates information between Portfolio and Financials to provide a full picture of investments and outcomes to NX leadership and stakeholders<br>• Ensures that Portfolio metadata supports the metrics required for industry benchmarking and business case development<br>• Helps NX understand position amongst peers and competitors. Provides NX leaders with industry research.
