We transform the lives of people by developing innovative and life-changing medicines.<br><br>We are seeking an energetic Stem Cell Biologist (Expert Level) to join our growing Cell Therapy development team in Cambridge, MA. The goal of this team is to interface and collaborate with research and discovery teams in NIBR and to aid in the development of novel processes and analytical methods to facilitate the advancement of next-generation stem cell based therapeutics from the bench into the clinic. In this role, the successful candidate will work closely with early discovery and manufacturing cross-functional partners to develop cell therapy manufacturing processes, optimize scale up, collaboratively develop and test novel analytical methods, and aid in the drafting of technical documents and regulatory submissions. <br> <br>As a member of the Technical Development group, this individual will manage and own current and future Cell and Gene development projects and contribute to international interdisciplinary technical development work in the larger CGT organization. The candidate will act as a technical expert for cell therapy programs, interpret and communicate results, evaluate data, draw relevant conclusions and write protocols, reports, and other source documents for regulatory submissions.
