Senior Associate, Administrative Services
Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Administrative Senior Associate to support two Executive Directors in the Genomic and Biomarker Sciences Department within our company's Research Laboratories. This position will report into the Executive Director of the Operations group and be based at our company's West Point, Pennsylvania site.
The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated success in forming strong networks and working in a highly collaborative environment. They will excel under fast-paced and fluid conditions and demonstrate initiative, flexibility, diplomacy, and good judgement. The incumbent will maintain confidentiality and deliver results efficiently and accurately. This is an ideal position for an Administrative Associate who values a team environment and who wants to gain exposure and experience in operations and project management.
In this exciting role, your primary assignments include but are not limited to:
Plan and schedule calendars
Schedule and coordinate meetings
Coordinate travel arrangements
Process expense reports and handle purchase orders and payment requests as needed
Order office supplies and meet other site needs by liaising with appropriate groups such as Site Security, Facilities, Catering, etc.
Aid day-to-day needs of the Executive Directors and ensures efficient operations by continuously improving administrative processes
Coordinate, assist, or lead special projects
Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Advanced education or certifications (e.g. Associates Degree, Certified Administrative Professional, Project Management Certification) preferred
Required Experience and Skills:
Minimum of 7 years Administrative Assistant experience
Advanced computer skills using MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Teams, Visio
Preferred competencies:
Experience supporting Senior/Executive Directors
SAP experience processing Expense Reports, Purchase Orders, Payment Requests
Project Management experience
