This role will be part of the ITRMS (IT Risk Management and Security) Product and Service Management Governance Team. This role supports the three main functional areas within ITRMS; Governance Risk and Compliance, Cyber Security, and Global Support Functions related to security and compliance. The role will be responsible for product and service management governance and maintaining the service catalog for the ITRMS organization.

This role will be the primary liaison to the Enterprise service management organization and infrastructure organization. The ITRMS organization is in the process of transforming from a plan, build, run organization to a product-centric organization. This position will work with the leadership team to build new and refresh the service catalog and align it to the product and capability roadmap. This role will help transform with the ITRMS organization and will adjust to agile ways of working in support of the product model and will align support to value-driven outcomes.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Work with the ITRMS organization to define services and all metadata required for the service catalog

  • Transform the service catalog over time

  • Adjust and align services to the Enterprise capability model and the product model

  • Work with the Enterprise service management team and Enterprise Architecture to leverage existing tools and capabilities to publish the service catalog

  • Monitor Service Management Governance Capabilities

  • Collaborate with the Value Realization Team and Product Owners to capture metrics and establish a program for continuous service improvement

  • Organize and execute communications plans in support of governance practices.

  • Assist with ensuring product and service management processes are effective and streamlined

  • Align with the product support team

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • BA/BS degree in Information Management, Engineering, or related field

  • Two years of service management experience

  • Five years of experience implementing, operating, or maintaining Enterprise IT Systems

  • Five years working within the ITIL Framework

  • Strong knowledge of Cyber Security practices

  • Two years of experience managing the service catalog for an IT organization

  • Experience with navigating required processes in a large global company

  • Required: Solid communication and interpersonal skills including proven ability to influence and negotiate.

Preferred skills:

  • Service-oriented certifications such as ITIL, Scrum, or other agile methodologies.

  • Agile project management training, specifically using Jira.

  • Experience within or developing an over-arching Governance program

  • Process improvement or process re-engineering
