Job Description

New hires in office-based roles in the US & Puerto Rico will be required, subject to applicable law, to demonstrate that they have been fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or qualify for a medical or religious exemption to this vaccination requirement that can be accommodated without an undue burden to the operation. The Future Talent Program features internships that lasts up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects. These opportunities in our Research & Development Division can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals.

The Standards & Training Intern may provide support to Global Clinical Trials Operations (GCTO) functions, and where appropriate, other areas of Global Clinical Development (GCD) in any of the following areas:

  • Supports the development and routine updates of process documentation.

  • Supports the development of training materials, aligned with our Company L&D (our Research Laboratories Learning and Development) activities.

  • Supports the delivery of live, virtual, or recorded training sessions.

  • Supports the development and calculation of process metrics.

  • Provides support to cross-functional teams established to improve business process.

  • Supports functional or cross-functional networks of process owners/subject matter experts.

  • Supports development of communications content (email, web, live presentation) to support business process and training activities.

  • Supports development of mailboxes, surveys or other means of collecting feedback and identifying process and training needs.

Required Education & Experience:

  • Candidates must have completion of at least 1 year of study toward a BS/BA in health-related, life science or analytical related field.

  • Candidates must be available to work full-time for up to (12) weeks beginning on 5JUNE 2023.

  • Candidates must have strong teamwork and leadership skills.

  • Candidates must have ability to embrace change/improvement.

  • Candidates must have project management and organizational aptitude.
