Penn Presbyterian Medical Center (PPMC) has an outstanding opportunity for an Interventional Tech to join the X-ray team and work alongside some of the best medical providers in Philadelphia.

A Brief Overview
- Performs a wide variety of interventional procedures and must be familiar with new techniques as they become available
- Operates imaging system for IR procedures
- Follows Sterile Technique
- Consults with referring docs and obtains clinical history
- Fills injector with contrast media
- Prepares supplies and patient using aseptic technique
- Ensures area is clean orderly with appropriate supplies to perform procedures
- Practices proper radiation protection
- Maintains equipment and reports and problems to lead tech
- AART ARRT Registered
