AAA is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).<br><br>As the Strategic Account Manager, RLT, you will be responsible for the account management for the Neuroendocrine Tumors (NET) and Prostate Cancer product portfolio within your assigned territory. You will be responsible for ensuring customer stakeholder relationship management, coordination, and demand pull- through within RLT treatment accounts in collaboration with Oncology Sales Specialists (OS), Diagnostic Account Specialists (DAS), Radioligand Therapy Specialists (RTS) and other internal cross-functional partners in support of the AAA portfolio.<br><br>A successful Strategic Account Manager will be results driven, relationship leading, innovative, collaborative, and possess and demonstrate strong project management skills. <br><br>The SAM will be required to support the following territory: Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Texas Costal Valley (Harlingen) and the surrounding South Texas area (minor changes may occur as territories may be adjusted over time). The role will require overnight travel up to 50% of the time. This is a field- based remote position.<br><br>Key Performance Indicators (associated with Major Accountabilities):<br>• Meets business goal targets (defined by RLT leadership).<br>• Engage key stakeholders at treating sites including, but not limited to, Nuclear Medicine/Radiation Oncology administrator, administrative and managing staff, oncology service line manager, practice manager, pharmacy manager, nuclear medicine technologists and C-suite.<br>• Drive effective account planning and management processes by leading the development and implementation of an account plan with a cross-functional team approach, using sound account strategies and tactics, with effective allocation of resources.<br>• Collaborate across teams and the organization to ensure appropriate communication and transparency of all account related activities and actions to internal and external customers. <br><br>Major Accountabilities:<br>Scans the external Account Management Environment<br>• Provide expert insight and analysis into the local/regional market healthcare delivery with strong operational acumen.<br>• Demonstrate proactive leadership with field team to plan and execute on strategic selling opportunities. Knows and understands the various dynamics of the healthcare environment and how these impact the territory. <br><br>Deliver Account Management Business Goals<br>• Optimize relationships and provide dedicated Account coverage, with emphasis on priority accounts.<br>• Develop and manage relationships with key decision-makers. Engage Nuclear Medicine stakeholders and other operational and strategic account stakeholders.<br>• Assists the DNA in contract and rebate discussions with the target account. Once contract is in place, the SAM will deliver and will serve as the knowledge holder for the account. <br>• Accountable for the assigned account business and deliver business goals and objectives in line with AAA brands.<br><br>Optimize the overall health of the account and ensure successful execution of RLT Programs<br>• Sustain long-term customer relationships including executive leadership with assigned Accounts, based on understanding of the customer organization, structure, business strategy and priorities.<br>• Identify opportunities to introduce, if appropriate, forums, programs and alliances for Account customers, prescribers, Nuclear Med Physicians, nursing personnel etc.<br>• Proactively develop and deliver RLT execution strategies to activate customers operationally.<br><br>Build the Account Management Organization<br>• Successfully collaborate with and drive cross-functional Account or market-based teams to develop and deliver annual business plans.<br>• Proactively communicate customer insights and account-related activities to internal stakeholders, and engage with them to pursue business opportunities within assigned Accounts.<br>• Proactively create and drive changes by identifying key business opportunities at the regional level to improve performance efficiency.<br><br>Ethics and Compliance<br>• Work within Ethics and Compliance policies and ensure those around him/her do the same.<br>• Ensure a diverse and inclusive environment free from all forms of discrimination and harassment.<br><br>Roger Estafanos, Executive Director, Value & Access (not Sales) shares his thoughts on Advanced Accelerator Applications. <br><br>[#video#https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mxi65N8Vzh8{#400,300#}#/video#]
