This role requires strong tax technical skills including the application and interpretation of U.S. federal income tax law as it relates<br>to C corporations, consolidated tax groups and U.S. international tax, including current and proposed tax law (e.g., 163(j), BEAT, FDII, expense apportionment) and cross-border tax. This position will report directly to the Director, Tax Planning and actively partner with cross-border and cross-functional business leaders.<br><br>Primary Responsibilities:<br>• Provide tax technical advice to all US business units in close cooperation with the tax operations and transfer pricing teams, business units, finance organization and other key stakeholders.<br>• Monitor, document, and assess the impact of the changing legislative environment, including global tax rules and OECD Pillar I and II, Corporate Alternative Minimum Tax (“CAMT”), expansion of the business, M&A transactions, corporate initiatives, accounting methods and pronouncements on the Company.<br>• Research and draft tax memoranda on a variety of complex tax matters and provide well-organized verbal or written tax advice and assistance to tax compliance and tax audit functions, especially as relates to Information Document Requests.<br>• Identify tax issues and make recommendations for solutions.<br>• Assist in tax technical analysis of complex models, including those for tax reform, E&P, CAMT, and basis.<br>• Assist with M&A transactions, including due diligence, contract review, structuring, and integration.<br>• Collaborate with the transfer pricing team to assess supply chain and cross-border IP planning. <br>• Build and maintain close working relationships across various corporate and business functions throughout the organization to help facilitate timely and accurate tax reporting and execution of tax strategy.<br>• Provide ongoing support to global and local tax groups related to tax planning.<br>• Assist with other projects and duties as required/assigned.<br>• Will need to work onsite in hybrid work environment.<br><br>The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $136,800 and $205,200 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
