Job Description

Our IT team operates as a business partner proposing ideas and innovative solutions that enable new organizational capabilities. We collaborate internationally to deliver the services and solutions that help everyone to be more productive and enable innovation.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to organization’s various IT divisions focused on building a best in class, automated and secure Data center environment.

  • As a member of the company’s Data Center Network Product team, perform design and build the architecture, engineer the solutions, and operate the organization’s global Data Centers and Colocation facilities.

  • Engage and collaborate with business partners to interpret business needs and requirements.

  • Perform network design, planning and setup of data center network infrastructure based on business and technical requirement gathered across various IT and business divisions.

  • Provide overall solution proposal with High Level Design (HLD) and presentations.

  • Drive the transformation to Infrastructure-as-Code (Ansible, Python, Terraform).

  • Drive network optimization to improve convergence, performance, and latency.

  • Maintain updated schematic diagrams for infrastructure and low-level architecture design diagram.

  • Conduct proof of concept and testing of network solutions.

  • Create and maintain documentation related to network configuration, policies, procedures and service records.

  • Act as SME and provide support on a world-wide basis.

Education Minimum Requirements:

  • Must have Master’s degree (or its U.S. equivalent) in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.

  • Must have CCNP Specialist or CCIE certification with at least 3 years’ experience in Networking.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Must have experience in Data Center Technologies; designing, deploying, and supporting Routing and Switching technologies; developing and deploying solutions in AWS/Azure Public Cloud, Private Cloud and/or Hybrid Cloud infrastructure; working with and implementing templating systems and automation techniques such as YAML, XML or similar; configuring, managing, and troubleshooting the WAN or MPLS internet circuits; designing and deploying secure enclaves within the data center environment; leveraging Cloud Exchange Fabrics; leveraging network visibility and management tools; and working according ITIL processes, Agile delivery and SDLC.

  • Must have familiarity with configuring other networking products such as firewalls and load balancers; and a DevOps mindset with good understanding of DevOps principles and best practices.

  • Ability to supervise and manage multiple tasks and projects; and ability to automate and simplify IT processes and infrastructure-as-code with one of the following: Ansible, Python, Terraform, JSON or similar also required.

  • Must have good communication and stakeholder management skills with internal and external parties; and multicultural communication and solid presentation skills.

  • Telecommuting permitted.

  • 40 hours per week: M-F: 9am-5pm.

  • Must have proof of legal authority to work in the United States.
