This role will focus on support of procurement contract activities from an administrative and strategic standpoint as outlined below. The position requires interaction with internal stakeholders, the sourcing team, the finance team, suppliers and others. Responsibilities: · Act as the first point of contact for contract actions and general informational requests · Timely and accurately route agreements for signature according to approved company processes · Collect required information and submit vendor add/change requests to set up suppliers for company use · Field ad hoc requests to provide executed agreements to stakeholders · Review and update metadata related to contract actions for completeness and accuracy · Create and manage reporting related to contract actions and related spend metrics · Oversee and update process documents related to the contracting process, working in conjunction with the contracts team · Manage data coming from different sources and methodologies into a single consistent format · Troubleshoot and solve for the causes of inconsistencies in contract related metadata · Other projects as assigned
