Attention NJ Applicants: In April 2020, our Company announced plans to consolidate our New Jersey campuses into a single New Jersey headquarters location in Rahway, NJ by 2023. Therefore, the NJ work location for this role will be temporarily based and the exact timing of the departmental move to Rahway, NJ will be communicated at a future date.

We’re looking for a mid-level Digital Marketing Designer to become a part of our global division of 50+ UX professionals, and drive the visual communication of marketing plans for digital products..

  • You are familiar with synthesizing qualitative and quantitative user research.

  • You are familiar with ideation technics.

  • You are able to do rapid design (digital or paper) as well as high fidelity designs.

  • You have experience with user experience design.

  • You have experiences with video and motion graphics.

Soft skills:

  • You can effectively advocate for customers.

  • You feel comfortable working in multicultural environment.

  • You're self-motivated and don't require micro-management.

  • Among your effective communication skills are:

    • Negotiation skills,

    • Facilitation skills,

    • Ability to share and accept feedback respectfully,

  • You demonstrate empathy, not only towards project end-users.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design preferred, or High School Diploma with relevant experience.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken),

  • Product mindset,

  • Experience with complex projects,

  • Experience with a variety of asset producing applications,

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing design or similar role,

  • Portfolio with at least 1-2 cases studies

Qualifications welcomed but not mandatory:

  • Experience working in Agile environment,

  • Experience with various customer research techniques,

  • End-to-end asset production skills,

  • Video and motion graphics production.
