Job Description

Our Marketing team is passionate about bringing our medicines and vaccines to our customers around the world. Through digital listening and patient analytics, we are able to understand our customers’ needs and strive to provide solutions to meet them.

This individual is responsible for performing key activities around the development and execution of processes, procedures, and oversight for Product Label Changes related to marketing and promotional material within the US Market.

The successful candidate for this role will bring experience in effective cross-functional collaboration, process design and execution, communication, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success dealing in a fast-paced environment, managing through ambiguity, and adapting to change.

Core responsibilities include the following:

  • Process Design and Execution:
  • Facilitate the Safety Label Change Communication Plan Implementation Committee (CPIC) upon receiving a notification of label change.
  • Provides oversight of the execution for safety label changes specifically for the US Oncology Market to ensure all established and agreed upon timelines are met
  • Working with a cross-functional team to develop and maintain all safety related communication tactics
  • Function as the Subject Matter Expert to provide consultation to US Marketing and Promotion
  • Maintain procedures for creating and updating all US Promotion Process Standard and Guidance Documents
  • Oversee and support the communication process to inform all relevant user groups of updates/changes to US Promotion Process Standards and Guidance Documents
  • Facilitate the Promotional Assessment and Asset Retirement Process for a US Brands label updates
  • Function as the Subject Matter Expert for the Transcreation Process for all US Brand Transcreated Resources
  • Facilitate the Translation Process for all US Brands
  • Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution
  • Proactively identifies issues/risks and works quickly to implement solutions. Facilitates fast, disciplined decision-making
  • Evaluate and implement future state capabilities for managing US Promotion Process and Standards

Position Requirements include the following:

Education Minimum Requirement:

  • BA, BS or MBA Degree

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong Project Management skills, having to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated results identifying and implementing innovative solutions/approaches
  • Experience and success in cross-functional leadership with the ability to work across divisions and functions to ensure that work progresses effectively and efficiently

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to drive decision-making and results, courage and candor, collaboration
  • Knowledge of the end-to-end Marketing and Promotion Process
  • Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills
