Job Description

Our Quantitative Sciences team use big data to analyze the safety and efficacy claims of our potential medical breakthroughs. We review the quality and reliability of clinical studies using deep scientific knowledge, statistical analysis and high-quality data to support decision making in clinical trials.

Associate Director – Personalized Customer Engagement (PCE) –Next Best Experience (NBX) Market deployment and Optimization

Overview:

The Associate Director will be part of the broader Commercial Analytics and Solution (CAS) group, and will be responsible for Developing an NBX deployment and execution playbook for all HH markets, including feasibility assessment , approach for data, systems, ways of working, governance.

More specifically, the Associate Director will be manage and oversee the Customization of the NBX AI engine for all of the HH markets; Lead the SF-enabled NBX capabilities (triggers, content mgmt.) and co-lead the integration of digital channels of engagement with the Digital Analytics COE; measure and assess the impact of the program

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and leadership skills are critical in order to develop, propose and convey technical concepts to business customers and HH executives
  • Demonstrated business acumen of the various Health Care units such as Oncology ,Vaccine, Chronic Care & specialty markets
  • Demonstrated skills in developing concise and Decision driven presentations that will inform decisions made by Senior Leaders.
  • The candidate must also have client and project management experience, having to manage multiple analytical projects simultaneously and foster collaboration with colleagues.
  • As a portion of the role will require managing and overseeing a team of Data Scientists for the development of hands on analytics and predictive solutions, the candidate must have some experience in employee or vendor external management
  • Advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operation Research or Computer Science (min Master’s Degree).
  • Working knowledge of SAS, R, Phyton, Excel and other analytical tools are also required.
  • The candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in developing and applying predictive analytics solutions to solve similar business challenges in the Health Care or Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise of the Health Care and Pharmaceutical industry data sources, such as IMS Exponent, DDD, HCOS, Patient claims data are necessary.
