Job Description

Human Health IT (HHIT) is on a journey to transform our technology, ecosystem, culture and support how we engage our customers and patients.
We are shifting from projects and large programs to products and agile delivery teams. We have 3 primary goals in this transformation:

Increase commercial efficiency by complementing and augmenting impact of promotional activities and field forces thru digital capabilities.

Increase customer engagement by delivering data-driven experiences that are relevant, personalized and intuitive.

Build highly flexible, rapid and scaled agile teams who can pivot on priorities and customer needs.

The Digital Marketing & Content Strategy team plays a key role in defining and promoting foundational capabilities that enable our company to
effectively engage with our customers through the creation, management, and distribution of promotional material.

We are looking for an experienced product owner who will manage value delivery of content management capabilities through product increments.
Help define requirements, set technical direction and understand potential constraints in order to drive the way features are implemented
efficiently and collaborate with the product team to meet business needs and outcomes.


As the Product Owner of our Content management capabilities, you will:

Partner with our business to define the vision, strategy and objectives for our content management capabilities.

Execute on the product vision and roadmap; work with stakeholders and manage expectations so that you meet the business needs.

Drive the outcomes and benefits realization of the content management capabilities.

Align the capability roadmap towards yearly business objectives and multi-year strategies.

Develop broad knowledge about current and future product features and vendor roadmaps.

Identify potential opportunities to provide a seamless user experience.

Materialize business requirements into an actual working product that fulfills business needs and enables users.

Close the product learning loop by actively gathering customer feedback, usage, and needs and adding them to a prioritized product backlog so
that the product/platform delivers the highest business value possible.

Ensure features and user stories are properly vetted, prepared, executed, and delivered.

Plan and manage product-market engagement, rollout, and adoption strategies.

Work with the team in required agile ceremonies.

Manage cross-project escalations, issues, risks, and dependencies.

Manage project budget, schedule, reports, and product KPI’s and adoption metrics.

Contribute to the transformation of project-centric culture into product-oriented.


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology or related field.


Qualifications:

3+ years of working exp with:

- Product road-mapping, backlog and lifecycle.

- Product Increment cycles.

- Product strategy, market research and marketing.

- Business modeling & financials.

  • Experience from working in agile environment – understanding of MVP and build measure learn concept and principles.
  • Ability to balance business and user needs while taking into account technical limitations.
  • Deep understanding of value driven development of solutions and services.
  • Proven record of delivering highly adopted and successful global solutions.
  • Ability to operate in a multi-faceted role often consisting of elements of Solution Architecture, Product Management, Business Analysis and

stakeholder management.

  • Able to easily adapt to change and effectively manage priorities.
  • Excellent business and technical acumen in marketing, content tagging, data analytics, insights, and digital asset management.


Preferred Skills:

3+ years of experience in digital marketing or 3+ years of experience with Veeva Vault, SFMC (Sales Force Marketing Cloud), Social Media Platforms
and digital asset management solutions.

Proven success in delivering and supporting user facing products, services and integrations.

Strong analytical thinker and problem solving skills.

Proven team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

Ample Agile (Scrum) experience, other methodologies and practices a plus.

Familiarity with laws, rules and regulations applicable to Pharma industry is desirable.

Superior written, listening, communication and influencing skills.

Experience to advocating new ideas and technology.
