IMPORTANT NOTE: This position is open only for applicants currently residing in the Midwest region states of AR, IA, MO & NE. Purpose: Serve as the strategic marketing lead within the region by identifying areas of opportunity to promote Kinetic, establish community partnerships and launch marketing campaigns that resonate at the local level. In addition, facilitate the collaboration between local sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure Kinetic brand awareness and growth in the respective geographies. Enable real time input and feedback with the Headquarters Marketing teams to leverage resources. Responsibilities: - Attend Regional President’s Staff Meetings to learn, share & update on Marketing activities as well as network build status - Provide local insights into strategic marketing efforts and campaigns, aligning efforts with prioritized markets and Fiber build plans - Attend appropriate calls to share Regional plans and understand upcoming activities providing feedback & guidance - Work closely with Regional VP of State and Government Affairs to elevate opportunities to create brand awareness and participate in relevant local networking opportunities - Identify key events and marketing vehicles to participate in within the region that support a “hyper-local” mindset - Facilitate annual planning for the Region on- Which events to participate in & why based on infrastructure, demographics, growth opportunities, competition, government insights, etc. - Understand and track budget availability and spend and review with Sales Leaders and Regional President if there are limitations or concerns - Validate direction with Field Operations Directors to ensure network readiness - Coordinate with Local G2M Marketing Analyst to articulate the event objectives that will guide building underlying support plans based on event type and location. - Coordinate tight execution of events and activities with the actual accountability residing with the participating sales channels - Measure ROI of all activities in the region including but not limited to sales/branding events, sponsorships, chamber memberships, etc. and using that measured ROI to make strategic involvement decisions. - Ensure sales teams are working closely with field operations counterparts and technicians to understand the network status within their territory - Serve as point of contact for regional chamber memberships; this includes billing, connecting internal representatives, as well as identifying chamber events that leverage maximin exposure for local team members and the Kinetic brand.
