As marketing roles across the US Oncology organization are evolving and broadening, this position is designed to be a flexible marketing role that may focus on any aspect of marketing over time based on business needs and/or the capabilities and development needs of the team. The initial focus of the role is outlined below, but the role could include or shift to other aspects of marketing in the future.

We are currently recruiting for a Director, Pan Tumor Marketing position on the US Oncology marketing team. The position will work in collaboration with our alliance partner and will be based in Upper Gwynedd, PA, reporting to the Executive Director, US Marketing Lead.

This experienced marketing professional will be responsible for developing and executing a multi-tumor US commercial strategy. This exciting opportunity will require a proven ability to build strategic frameworks that solve complex marketing challenges, outstanding leadership, collaboration, and execution skills.

This role will require a high degree of collaboration in a complex environment with multiple internal and external partners including both our Company (US/Global) and alliance marketing leads, consumer, market research, legal and regulatory. This role will include management of at least 1-2 direct reports.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Oversee development & execution of pan tumor strategy

• Manage 1-2 direct reports

• Development and execution of creative branding campaign

• Establish and foster strong working relationships with alliance partner

• Develop strategic frameworks and build standardized content strategy, including modular content framework that will serve as a template to drive efficiency and a consistent customer brand experience to future launches

• Oversee core brand operations including budget management, coordination of commercial framework process across all indications for the brand, label updates, etc.

• Oversee coordination of congress activity

• Lead development and implementation of all pan tumor promotional and medical educational materials, in partnership with Alliance and promotion teams.

• Work with cross functional partners including market access, consumer, digital innovation, etc to develop innovative customer centric programs and content focused on improving the customer experience across our indications

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree Required

• Master's Degree Preferred

Required Experience and Skills:

• 5+ years marketing experience, including US

• Minimum 2 years oncology experience

• Collaboration, influencing without authority, and working successfully with cross-functional teams

• Ability to translate strategy into actionable approach with results driven mindset

• Problem solving, teamwork, analytical, written/verbal communication, and presentation skills

• Ability to work within complex organizations and lead sub-teams in support of marketing strategy

• Good team builder with ability to establish and operationalize new processes

Preferred Experience and Skills:

• Experience with alliances

• Experience working with products with multiple indications
