With a strong medicines pipeline our current transformation will not just deliver growth for our business but continue to allow us to bring innovative medicines to patients quickly.<br><br>The Marketing Associate Director will be responsible to help define the marketing strategy, for growth brands and/or supporting a HCP Marketer Director on this for a launch brand, including the delivery of key strategic analyses and outputs to inform marketing strategy,, US Pharma organization. This individual will report directly into a Marketing Lead that oversees a clustering of brands, partnering closely with this Lead, along with the Patient Marketers, HCP Engagement, Education & Marketing Best Practice Lead, and other strategic partners, to ensure that the Marketing Strategy and concepts are effectively orchestrated into customer -centric campaigns, tactics and experiences. The Marketer will be responsible for identifying, testing, and validating marketing creative concepts and messaging architecture, and creating assets for customer segments. . This role will also be accountable for partnering across the Integrated Marketing and Customer Engagement teams to set field strategy as part of the integrated marketing plan, and serve as an interface with the Customer Engagement training and field leadership teams. This role will identify, share and embed best practices across the Marketers to improve impact and create communities of practice on effective and impactful marketing approaches.<br><br>Major Accountabilities <br><br>•Work effectively with the Marketing Lead and the Marketing Directors to develop a cohesive and integrated marketing strategy and campaign, grounded in customer insight for growth brands.<br>•Ability to work across highly complex brands and provide strategic direction on patient to the Marketing Lead<br>•Implement best in class digital marketing strategies that align to brand goals and maximize business results. <br>•Ensure digital plans are appropriately implemented and optimized.<br>•Establish brand-specific HCP domain expertise, and create engaging brand-centered content and concepts for adaption into personalized and tailored experiences<br>•Share and embed knowledge on best practices to engage HCPs and change behavior across the full brand lifecycle <br>•Foster a high performing team that proactively and effectively interfaces across key functions to achieve the product strategies and objectives<br>•Support and deliver the brand’s integrated plan to achieve the Product strategy and objectives; define resourcing required and manage the allocated budget for HCP<br>•Drive excellence in developing the assets for HCP (e.g., CVA) through domain expertise to enable adaptation across the end-end experience, partnering closely with the Customer Experience Planning and Optimization team<br>•Provide business requirements and input into selecting the agency (AoR) for brand marketing, partnering with Operations to maximize agency relationship(s)<br>•Collaborate with Product Strategy and Global teams on integrated plan and lead asset(s), as appropriate<br><br>This position will be located at the East Hanover, NJ site and will not have the ability to be located remotely.
