Job Description

Our Company is seeking an experienced Marketing Performance Analyst to manage and leverage our data-driven, predictive digital marketing analytics. Digital analytics focusing on web and identifying digital Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that predicts the impact on sales one of many new and exciting initiatives at our Company.

As a Digital Analytics Web Manager, you will work closely with Digital Engagement Teams (DETs), Web capabilities team and advanced analytics teams to help evolve the analytics around predictive analytics programs. You will also be responsible for all aspects of tagging and analytics that directly impacts marketing program’s productively but also feed the data would impact our AI capabilities. This role is an individual contributor position and is highly visible. The successful candidate will have a broad background in business systems analysis, marketing analysis, and presentation and influencing skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted digital analytics partner to DETs and marketing leaders by understanding and presenting predictive digital marketing performance drivers.

  • Collaborating with campaign analytics group, help define 'metrics that matter' and develop reports and dashboards that measure the performance of predictive digital marketing programs.

  • Help lead or assist with planning and execution of large scale multi-functional/division analytics projects.

  • Work with members of DETs to develop and communicate actionable, revenue generating strategies by analyzing predictive digital marketing performance.

  • Plan complex projects involving process and technology changes with a large set of stakeholders.

  • Support the web tagging operations with partners in IT, Digital Publishers and Digital Engagement Teams/ Creative agencies (Via Tealium, GTM).

  • Ongoing tagging and web data auditing.

  • Educate stakeholders and business leaders the difference between actionable and nice to have KPIs.

  • Web data analysis (Google Analytics, Content Square) to provide actionable insights via visually compelling presentations to stakeholders (brands, Digital engagement teams, website owners and senior leaders) .

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and standardize dashboards and automate reporting.

  • Develop, procure and rollout new web analytics focused capabilities.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer experience that would lead to growth in revenue and customer satisfaction

  • Up to date on privacy and regulatory laws and how it impacts analytics (i.e., cookie-less tracking) and know how to navigate.

Education Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with a strong background in math.

  • Advanced Degree in quantitative analytics field (e.g., quantitative sciences, engineering, IT or MBA) preferred.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • 5+ years of hands on digital marketing analytics/BI experience. Experience supporting Digital Marketing & Sales teams.

  • 5+ years of experience in Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics, with minimum 4 years of experience in Adobe Analytics specifically. Experience with building workspaces, tag management strategy, and digital marketing best practices.

  • Multivariant testing is a MUST.

  • Demonstrated experience with multi-touch attribution, multivariate testing.

  • Skilled at manipulating numbers. Demonstrated analytics skills.

  • Demonstrated initiative and tenacity to begin a project and complete it. Demonstrated project management and project planning skills. Ability to provide a solid plan for complex projects including stakeholder’s alignment planning, communication planning and process change planning.

  • Excellent communication and presentational skills. Able to present executive summaries of actionable insights and recommendations across all levels within the organization, including executive leadership.

  • Experience with Digital Marketing Test Design is critical.

  • Expert in SQL, SAS, Python and/ or R to extract data out of CRM.

  • Expert in Excel including building macros.

  • Expert in digital metrics especially in digital media channels.

  • Experience in visualization tools to help drive data adoption and knowledge across the organization.

  • Positive attitude, professional, courteous demeanor, strong work ethic and ability to collaborate in a constructive manner with others in a dynamic working environment.

  • Always curious and asking questions that would improve customer experience and engagement.

  • Comfortable in ambiguous environment and stay focus in the overall goal.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Experience in HCC and HCP Marketing and analytics.

  • JAVA and Python.
