For the senior product solution architect role, we seek a highly experienced professional with excellent communication skills and a proven track record. His/her responsibilities are to understand and articulate business vision, define and design product architecture solutions. Architect the operationalization of models, analytical products and identify appropriate pipelines for these models and products. Mentor teams to build effective solutions across organization and work with teams to build cohesive analytical products. Ensure that product and platform architectures are aligned with the company's mission and vision. Mentor technical staff to maintain a team-focused approach to achieving success and contribute to the broader initiatives.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Understand product vision and business capabilities to define product architectural solution.

  • Perform design, development and support of existing and new products.

  • Develop architectural and design principles to improve performance, capacity, and scalability of product.

  • Work with Product Owners/Managers in planning and execution of new product releases.

  • Consult with PO’s to clarify objectives and functional requirements for new or modified products.

  • Work with domain experts, internal partners, product managers and product engineering teams for solutions.

  • Maintain product roadmap and standards that assure product development projects optimally align with business objectives.

  • Define product validation policies so as to deliver products that meet system and project expectations.

  • Facilitate the creation, review, and sign off of project deliverables.

  • Provide support for production escalations and problem resolution for customers.

  • Assist product teams and work with IT teams/architects with issues needing technical expertise or complex systems knowledge.

  • Develop broad knowledge about current and future product features.

  • Analyze market segments and customer base to develop market solutions.

  • Define product requirements that address market opportunities.

Minimum Education Requirements:

  • Bachelors required, Masters, PhD preferred or equivalent experience in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, etc.).

Minimum Required Skills:

  • Cloud Certifications AWS (Preferred).

  • Experience with Dev/MLOps and CI/CD Tools.

  • Experience in implementing and deploying Machine Learning solutions (using various models, such as Linear/Logistic Regression, Support Vector Machines, (Deep) Neural Networks, Hidden Markov Models, Conditional Random Fields, Topic Modeling, Game Theory, Mechanism Design, etc.).

  • Background in statistical analysis and modeling (distributions, hypothesis testing, probability theory, etc.).

  • Strong hands-on experience with statistical packages and ML libraries (e.g. R, Python scikit learn, Spark MLlib, etc.).

Minimum Preferred Skills:

  • Background in effective data exploration and visualization (e.g. QuickSight, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.).

  • Background in developing and debugging in one or more of the languages C/C++, Java, Scala, Python, or R.

  • Minimum 10+ years of relevant work experience.

  • Ability to work in cross functional teams.
